Giveaway Official Rules

Last Updated: August 4, 2026

These rules govern giveaways, sweepstakes, airdrops, and promotional distributions run by 7 Candlesticks, Inc. (“Candle”), including distributions from the $CNDL community allocation.

A specific giveaway must have supplemental rules published with it that identify at least the entry period, eligibility limits, entry methods and limits, prize description and approximate retail value, number of prizes, winner-selection method, and any jurisdiction-specific terms. Where they conflict with these rules, the supplemental rules govern for that giveaway. Candle should not open a giveaway until its supplemental rules and any registration, bonding, tax, and free-entry requirements have been reviewed for the jurisdictions in which it is offered.

7 Candlesticks, Inc., 201 S Las Vegas Blvd #95, Las Vegas, NV 89101, USA.

Open to individuals who, at the time of entry and at the time of award:

  • are 18 years of age or older, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater;
  • are not located in or ordinarily resident in a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
  • are not a Sanctioned Person as described in the AML & Sanctions Policy;
  • hold a Candle account in good standing, where the giveaway requires one; and
  • are not located in any jurisdiction where the giveaway would be unlawful.

Not eligible: employees, officers, directors, and contractors of Candle and its affiliates, and their immediate family members and household members.

Void where prohibited. Candle makes no offer of any giveaway in any jurisdiction where doing so would require registration, bonding, or a licence Candle does not hold, or would otherwise be unlawful.

Each giveaway states its entry method, which may include holding or staking $CNDL, holding a Believer NFT, completing an on-platform action, or another qualifying activity.

Information submitted through the AMOE is used to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility, contact winners, meet tax and legal obligations, and prevent duplicate or fraudulent entries, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Each giveaway states its start and end times. Entries received outside that period are void. Candle’s clock is the official timekeeper.

Unless a giveaway states otherwise, winners are selected at random from all eligible entries received.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Where a giveaway is skill-based rather than chance-based, its supplemental rules state the judging criteria and the identity of the judges.

Each giveaway states what is being awarded, how many awards are available, and their approximate value.

  • Awards are as stated, non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent is offered except at Candle’s discretion.
  • Awards of digital assets are delivered on-chain to the wallet address you provide. You are responsible for providing a correct address. An award sent to an address you gave incorrectly is unrecoverable.
  • Where an award is a digital asset, its value fluctuates and may fall to zero. Approximate retail value is stated as at the date of the giveaway and is not a guarantee.
  • Candle is not responsible for network fees, failed transactions, or delays caused by network conditions.

Winners are notified through the Candle account, the email address associated with the entry, or the contact method stated in the giveaway.

Winners may be required to:

  • verify identity and eligibility, including proof of age and location;
  • pass sanctions screening;
  • provide tax information where the law requires it; and
  • sign a declaration of eligibility, a liability release, and — where lawful — a publicity release.

A winner who does not respond within 7 days of notification, cannot be reached, is found ineligible, or declines an award, forfeits it. Candle may then select an alternate winner.

Except where prohibited by law, entering constitutes consent for Candle to use your username, wallet address, and where provided your name and jurisdiction, in announcing the result, without further compensation.

Candle will not publish your full legal name or contact details without your separate consent.

Candle may disqualify any entrant, and void any entry, where it identifies:

  • entry by automated means, multiple accounts, or otherwise in breach of these rules;
  • provision of false information;
  • tampering with the entry process or the operation of the giveaway;
  • breach of the Terms of Service or Community Guidelines;
  • sanctions risk or ineligibility.

Attempting to deliberately undermine the operation of a giveaway may be a criminal offence, and Candle reserves the right to seek damages.

By entering, you release Candle and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from all liability for any loss, injury, or damage arising from participation, from an award, or from the use or value of an award.

Candle is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or unintelligible entries; technical or network failures; or errors in transmission or delivery.

Candle’s total liability in connection with any giveaway does not exceed the stated value of the award concerned.
