Cookie Notice

This Cookie Notice explains how 7 Candlesticks, Inc. (“Candle”) uses cookies and similar technologies on the Candle Services, and how you can control them. It supplements the Privacy Policy.
What cookies are
Section titled “What cookies are”Cookies are small text files stored on your device by a website. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, pixels, and software development kits in mobile applications. This notice uses “cookies” to cover all of them.
Cookies set by Candle are first-party cookies. Cookies set by another organisation whose service we use are third-party cookies.
Categories we use
Section titled “Categories we use”Strictly necessary
Section titled “Strictly necessary”Required for the Candle Services to function. These cannot be switched off, and we do not ask for consent to them.

Functional
Section titled “Functional”Remember your choices so the interface behaves the way you left it. Turning these off degrades the experience but does not break it.

Analytics
Section titled “Analytics”Help us understand how the Candle Services are used, so we can improve them.
We use Vercel Analytics, which is designed to measure traffic without cookies and without collecting personally identifiable information or building cross-site profiles. Where any analytics technology we use does set a cookie or store an identifier, we treat it as non-essential and request consent where required.
Advertising
Section titled “Advertising”Candle does not currently use third-party advertising cookies or pixels for cross-context behavioral advertising. This notice will be updated before any such technology is introduced.
Your choices
Section titled “Your choices”Cookie banner
Section titled “Cookie banner”Non-essential cookies or similar identifiers must not be activated until any consent required by applicable law has been obtained. Candle does not currently provide a cookie-preference center; one must be implemented before consent-dependent technology is enabled.
Changing your mind
Section titled “Changing your mind”You can block or delete browser storage through your browser settings. If Candle introduces consent-dependent technology, it will also provide a method to withdraw consent that is as accessible as the method used to give it.
Global Privacy Control
Section titled “Global Privacy Control”Because Candle does not currently sell personal information or use cross-context behavioral advertising, GPC does not alter current processing. Candle must implement recognition of legally required preference signals before introducing a practice to which those signals apply.
Browser controls
Section titled “Browser controls”Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent sign-in and trading from working.
Do Not Track
Section titled “Do Not Track”We do not respond to browser Do Not Track signals, which lack a common standard. GPC is addressed above.
Third parties that may set cookies
Section titled “Third parties that may set cookies”Cookies may be set by providers we use for authentication and wallets, hosting and content delivery, live video, and analytics. Each is identified, with its role and location, at Subprocessors.
These providers process information under their own privacy policies as well as our agreements with them.
Wallets, blockchains, and local storage
Section titled “Wallets, blockchains, and local storage”Connecting a wallet stores data locally in your browser so the connection survives a page reload. Blockchain transactions themselves do not use cookies — but they are public and permanent. See Blockchain Data and the Limits of Deletion.
Changes
Section titled “Changes”We update this notice when our use of cookies changes. We will provide notice of material changes and request consent where the law requires it.
